MAC address can be determined as follows:
1st Connect the camera to the network and connect to the Internet
2. In CMS, click on the right side, right-click the camera and select IPC config. An important item is the IP addresses
3. Open a command prompt (CMD) and type the command "arp -a". Thus we find all connected devices to the network.
4. Locate the pre-determined according to your IP camera. Your desired MAC address can be found under "psychical adress"
